Up Above
Hi Shazza,
I very much enjoyed putting this layout together for the June “Up” movie poster inspiration. I loved the actual movie and the wonderful sentiments it expressed. I used new release paper from MME Lime Twist range for my background, it was just perfect for this challenge. I’ve added additional raised clouds to the paper to give a 3D effect and my photograph is of hot air balloons. I’ve also sewn directly onto my page in several places – I love this technique and seem to be using it more and more lately. Thanks Natalie for the inspiration – I think I now need to go watch the movie again !!

All those hot air balloons look FANTASTIC! I love how you've layered the clouds as well.

ReplyDeleteI like the splashes of color the balloons and yellow clouds provide. I also like your use of the brads/bling? to frame the lower part of the LO.
