Natalie Elphinstone - 'Cheer' Christmas Card

Dear Shazza.
Here's my December entry. The poster was awesome, and it was interesting trying to work out the balance between Halloween and Christmas themes on this one. I ended up going with a card, and have managed to incorporate 5 of the additional criteria (large moon, spooky tree, fence, yellow and purple, swirls) but couldn't help adding some cute little reindeer too!

  1. WOW Natalie, anyone who receives that for Christmas will be a very lucky person, and I would never of thought to do a Christmas card based on the criteria, way to go thinking outside the box!

  4. Hi girls - thanks for all the kind comments.
Yes I did mask the moon. I used a yellow card for my base, masked a big circle, then sprayed it with purple and turquoise Glimmermist. Once it was dry I removed the mask and added a little bit of yellow shimmer to the moon for some extra sparkle!!
