Here's my submission......

Shazza - I skate


Journaling says.....I started ice skating with three girlfriends when I was about sixteen. We used to go every Thursday night to 'Iceland' in Ringwood for about two years. I just loved ice skating, it feels like I'm flying like a bird, gliding across glass..... and I love going fast! It really is a great sport. I remember the first time I took my three kids skating...they were just amazed that I could actually skate around, ducking in and out of other skaters...they thought I would be going around hanging on to the edge of the rink !!!... I even Amazed myself !! :)

    Shazza, WOW.. no photos but fabulous layout and love the story! Those spirograph shapes really do look like snow flakes too, and I adore the brads in the middle, love this!!

    Great flowers, or coloured ice crystals Marisa - how effective it is with your silhouette skating figures! Love all your journaling that tells us the story too.

    Love your play on words with the title. These are real pretty flowers. This would also make a great card or invitation to an ice skating party.

    Fabulous storytelling...I would love to have been there to capture your kids faces as they watched you, open mouthed!!...& I love everything about this LO...those spirograph designs are awesome!!
